REGISTRATION
At your first appointment, we will need complete information, including current dental insurance card, list of medications, history of any medical condition, physician’s name, and driver’s license. Please keep all information updated to assist us in reminder calls and emergency notification.
APPOINTMENTS
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. To schedule your appointment please call our office at (210) 337-7114 on the following days:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: (8:30-4:30)
Wednesday: (10:00-6:00) Friday: (8:30-3:00)
Saturday: The 2nd Saturday of every month (8:30-12:00)
We try our best to stay on schedule. Unfortunately, emergencies do occur and occasionally cause delays. If we are seriously delayed, we will try to notify you beforehand. Please assist us by being on time for your appointments.
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients.
TELEPHONE CALLS
Please call our office if you have any questions regarding your condition, medication or treatment. The office staff is trained to answer most questions, arrange prescription refills, etc. Some medications cannot be ordered over the telephone, and it may be necessary for you to come to the office to pick up your prescription. If you need to speak to the Dentist personally, the staff will relay your information to him and he will return your call as soon as possible. Calls made after office hours should concern urgent problems only.
EMERGENCY CARE
For dental emergencies, call the office number at (210) 337-7114. If it is after regular business hours, the answering machine will give you further instruction on how to reach Dr. Molina. When calling after business hours, please give your name, the reason for your call, and the telephone number where you can be reached. Calls after business hours should be only if you are in pain or have swelling. |
